1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GlowBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using GlowBot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms, and references to "you" include that organization.
2. Service Description
GlowBot provides software and related services for marketing analytics, connected business operations, performance reporting, workspace administration, onboarding, and business intelligence for clinics and similar businesses.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account and workspace details reasonably current.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses your organization's permitted users or controls.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may not use GlowBot to violate applicable law, another party's rights, or the terms of a connected third-party platform.
- You may not interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of GlowBot or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
- You may not use GlowBot to transmit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent or misleading content.
5. Customer Data and Permissions
You retain responsibility for the data you submit, upload, synchronize, or connect to GlowBot, including confirming that you have the necessary rights, notices, and permissions to use that data with the service and to authorize GlowBot to access third-party accounts on your behalf.
6. Third-Party Services
GlowBot may interoperate with third-party platforms such as Google and Meta products. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to the applicable third-party agreements, platform policies, and privacy terms. GlowBot is not responsible for third-party products or for changes those providers make to their APIs, features, or availability.
7. Intellectual Property
GlowBot and its related software, content, and branding are owned by GlowBot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service.
8. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, GlowBot may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, provided GlowBot will not publicly identify you as the source without your permission.
9. Availability and Changes
GlowBot may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every external platform or integration.
10. Suspension and Termination
GlowBot may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access GlowBot ends, but provisions that should survive by their nature will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
GlowBot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly agreed in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowBot disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowBot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
GlowBot may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If GlowBot makes a material change, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
