1. Revoke Access at the Source
If you connected GlowBot to Google, Meta, or another third-party service, you may revoke GlowBot's access directly from that provider's security, business integration, or connected app settings at any time. Revoking access stops future data access from that provider.
2. Submit a Deletion Request to GlowBot
To request deletion of account, workspace, or synced integration data, email tyler@glowbot.com with:
- Your name and contact email.
- The clinic, business, or workspace name associated with the request.
- The connected service or data set you want removed, if the request is partial rather than full account deletion.
- Any provider account identifiers or business manager details that help GlowBot verify the request.
3. What GlowBot Will Delete
After GlowBot verifies the request, GlowBot will delete or de-identify the requested workspace or integration data from active systems within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, or security logging.
4. Google and Meta Integration Cleanup
For Google- and Meta-connected accounts, GlowBot recommends both steps: revoke GlowBot's access in the provider settings and email GlowBot so any remaining synced data in GlowBot systems can be queued for deletion.
5. Processing Time
GlowBot will review deletion requests in a commercially reasonable timeframe and may contact you to verify account ownership or clarify the scope of the request before processing it.
